Keiji YAMAMOTO has practiced for over 20 years as a patent attorney, and has nearly 10 years of experience as an engineer.
He received his Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Ritsumeikan University, Japan in 1972. He worked for Hitachi, Ltd. as an engineer from 1972 to 1981. He continued as an engineer, becoming an associate with a patent attorney's office in Osaka, Japan from 1981 to 1984.
He has been a registered patent attorney in Japan since 1982, and founded the Keiji Yamamoto Patent Office in 1984. He taught Japanese Patent Law at the Extension Center of Ritsumeikan University in 1993 and 1994, and is a member of the Japan Patent Attorneys Association (JPAA).
His specialized technical fields are electricity, electronics, information technology, physics and mechatronics.
