Born
in Kobe. Started playing the violine at age 4, the trombone
at 13.
Graduated from Music division of Osaka University of Music.
Learned music under ,Mr.R. Sauer, Mr.B. Slokar, Mr.D.
Wick,Mr.L.Isacson
and furthermore,received lessons of Empire Brass and Berlin
Philharmonic
BrassEnsemble both of which were opened to the public.
Costared with Suita City Wind Band,Kobe High School Old
Boys' Wind Band,
and Kobe Wind Ensemble as a soloist.
In 1987, produced his first BGV concert at the Kobe Planetarium
displaying
"
Kazenotanino Naushica" (known in English as "Nausicaa
of the Valley of Wind"),
one of the most well-known Japanese animated film of all time.

From 1987 studied abroad in Germany, while in pursuit
of the study in Berlin,
actively attended to North Germany Ceremonial Orchestra
as a contract member.
Also appeared on Berlin Modern Music Concert and other
many concerts.
In
1995, organized HARBORLAND BRASS(former Brass Ensemble
'95) immediately after
the Hanshin-Awaji Great Earthquake.
Carried out "The Concert for Encouragement" --

for Children --
volunteer & charity projects at the devastated area.

The activity were covered by the media such as Japanese major
newspapers of Asahi,
Mainichi, Yomiuri, and Sankei, local newspaper of Kobe, and
Asahi Television.
In 1997, produced the Kobe Jazz Contest (at the Satin Doll
Kobe) and earned
a great reputation, featuring Hidefumi Toki(saxophone),
Tomonao Hara (trumpet)
and Eijiro Nakagawa (trombone) as
a lecturer at the "Saxophone Lecture&Talk"
and
the "Jazz Contest".
Not only as a reliable band director but also as a trainer,
conductor,
and judge of musical contests, his
energetic activities range across many fields
such as
teaching youths and contributing to musical education,
including
the development of educational materials.
Studied trombone and Music under Mr.Yasuhiro Tuchihashi,
Mr.Shin-ichi Go,
and Mr.K.H.Duse Utesch.
Currently being a part-time lecturer at Music Department of
Junior College
of Shikoku University, a member of Harberland Brass,International
Trombone Association,
Kansai Trombone Association,Japanese Music Therapy Association,Academic
Society
of Japan for Winds Percussion& Band and Japn Wind Ensemble
Condutors Conference.
The resident of Kobe City.
