Global IMEをダウンロードしたあとで
Setting your application for using Japanese after downloading Global IME

したのタスクバーのみぎにあるENをクリックして、IME (Japanese) をえらんでください。
Click the EN in the right side of the Task bar (bottom of screen) and select IME (Japanese)

(2) IMEのメニューで、Hiraganaをえらんでください。[Alt] + [~] キーでも いいです。 IME Input menu will appear. Click and choose Hiragana. You can also change input types by holding [Alt] + [~] key. →

Outlook ExpressでEメールを かく とき、ToolsメニューからOptionsを えらんでください。
When writing an e-mail with Outlook Express, click [Tools] menu and select Options.

[Send] を クリックして [International Settings] を クリックしてください。
Choose [Send] and click [International Settings]

Japanese をえらんでください。
Select Japanese as the default encoding.
