1. ローマ字インプットのれんしゅう

• 日本語に切り替えるには：
  To change from English to Japanese:
  • Mac: アップル・キーを押しながらスペースを押します。
    Mac: Hold down the Apple key and press the Space Bar.
  • Windows: Altキーを押しながらシフト・キーを押すと、Global IMEにかわります。それから、Altキーを押しながら~を押します。
    Win + Global IME: Hold down the Alt key and press the Shift key to select IME, then Alt + ~.
• ローマ字でタイプすると、自動的にひらがなになります。
  Type in in roma-ji first, then it automatically changes into hiragana as you type.
• カタカナや漢字にするときは、スペース・キーを押します。
  To transfer hiragana to katakana or kanji, press Space bar and repeat till you get the right one.
• リターン・キーを押します。
  Press return to insert it into the document.

れんしゅう2：ぶんを かきましょう Writing a phrase/sentence

わたしはにほんごのせんせいです。

(I am a Japanese language teacher.)

わたしは日本語の先生です。

わたしはオーストラリアに三年すんでいます。

(I've been in Australia for three years.)

4.3. *Option さいきんのコンピュータの じしょは あたまが いい！

ながいフレーズや1センテンスを かいてからスペース・バーを おしましょう。

Most recent computers are very clever! Their dictionaries contain an enormous amount of words including city names like Sydney or Adelaide. So When you key in a sentence, you don't need to do it word by word, you can key in a whole sentence or long phrase in one go. Then when you press the space-bar the whole sentence should come out correctly.

eg. カリフォルニアのサンフランシスコにすんでいます。
