 Until recently, it participated as the special member except the staff at Kobe town hall, too.

 The persons that the special member of Weathercock became transfer registration to the team and are playing an active part.
 It practices both teams together as the brother team.
 It participates by the combination about the game, too.
 "GROOVE" is the ultimate team which anyone can join.
