Short Introduction to This Home Page　 ホームページの見所紹介

人間というのは常に溝通を求める動物で、インターネット時代の到来は一見、情報を受け身的に受け入れるような時代に見えますが、やはり人間の本能は欺けません。このホームページを作った最大の動機はまさにこの点にあります。ただ受け身的に情報に左右されるのではなく、自ら積極的に情報を発信・交換して行くという人間の本能がこのホームページを生んだのであります。このホームページは作者が模索しながら試しに作った試作品です。このため、将来に大幅な改良（改悪？）が行われることを予定していますが、みんなさんのご意見を参考に次のページづくりに取り組みたいと考えていますので、数多くの便りを待っています。なお、内容は英語・日本語混在となっている理由は自分のホームページを英語使用者にも利用できるように設計したためと、デザイン上の理由からであり、決して自分の英語力を自慢したいわけではないことをご了承して下さい。

このページの見所あるいは活用方法は大きく三つに分けられます。なお、ホームページの内容一覧はここでみることができます。

１．自分の書稿集

こんなひどい文章を見せてよいのかをずいぶん悩みましたが、他人の意見をも聞きたいので、あえて公表しました。おすすめは自分の学部時代の卒論−分裂国家、留学中に書いた−台湾独立運動の背景、そして英語で書かれたTelecommunications Regulating Policyと言ったところでしょう。他に自分が読んだ本について少しコメントした書評もあります。

２．旅行記及び写真集

自分はとてつもなく旅行好きで、暇さえ見つかれば必ず旅行に行きます。現在は訪問した国の数が５４で、陸地で旅行した距離は赤道を２周半以上回れ、総滞在日数が約２年半弱になります（これには台湾での１６年滞在と香港での９ヶ月留学を含まない）。ここでは少しでも自分の経験をみんなに分け合いたいと考えたが、現時点では写真集を作るのが精一杯で、将来に旅行記や旅行相談コ−ナ−をも設けたいと考えています。

We, the human beings are the animals always seeking communications. The coming Internet age looks like we are going to be a positive information receiver at all. However, our instinct tell us it is not true. The motive to composing this Home Page is mainly based on this reason. I put both Japanes and English in this page in order to help English Speaker to understand my efforts. You may disturbed by Japanese page code. Please encoding my page by Shift-JIS Japanese code, you may feel better what you look at. The reason why I don't separate these two language is just because I am LAZY to do so. Sorry for incovenience.
