National Regional League Tournament 2007

These y-Teams shall be promoted to the Japan Football League automatically.
And this y'-Team shall be eligible to play in play-off match to decide entry into JFL.
Results of play-off matches are in a file of J.League 2007.

The match days are 30th November, 1st and 2nd December 2007 at Kumagaya.

Nine champion teams of each Regional Leagues and 2nd place teams of the Regions including the top four teams of last year's tournament (Tohoku, Tokai, Chugoku and Kyushu), 43rd All Japan Shakaijin Football Tournament Winner (or Finalist), JFA or College recommendation teams are qualified for the tournament.

In the tournament, when regulation time of the match play fails to determine a winner, the winning team is decided in a penalty shoot-out.

All teams play each other one times.
Teams are allotted three points for a win in regulation play, two points for a shoot-out win, one point for a shoot-out loss, and no points for a loss (except shoot-out loss).
The ranking is determined as follows: 1) total of points, 2) goal difference, 3) total of goals.

In the All Japan tournament, regulation time is 80 minutes.
When regulation time of the match play fails to determine a winner, teams play extra time for 20 minutes. If the match (except the final match) is still undecided, the winning team is decided in a penalty shoot-out.

32 representive teams; Hokkaido 3 teams, Tohoku 1 team, Kanto 7 teams, Hoku-shin-etsu 3 teams, Tokai 4 teams, Kansai 5 teams, Chugoku 2 teams, Shikoku 2 teams, Kyushu 4 teams and ONE host region (Oita) team.

The top one team (FC Mi-O Biwako Kusatsu), except qualified team for the National Regional League Tournament 200, shall be eligible to play in National Regional League Tournament 2007.
