KI(kikou)&National Budget

　
I have a strange talent when the beam of a flushlight begins to dim, I take out the batteries and hold them in my hand for several minutes.　.　I put them back in the flushlight , and the beam is bright.. My acquentance who has graduated from Electrical Enginerring Faculty of Gunma University tells me that this is technically impossible.
A wall clock's battery normally lasts for apporoximately two years.
My wall clock has been working precisly on the same batteries for six years now. When we grow old, we all suffer from some kind of aging defects. I used to visit the home for aged people as a volunteer.
Most had pains in the legs and back (lumbago). I would turn my finger to the body part where it hurts, and the pain vanishes after a minutes. When I first visited the home, an old lady around 70 came into the room carried by a man.
She had Parkinson's disease . Parkinson's disease is caused by lack of dorpamine in the brain, and is one of the most difficult disease. When I gave my power to the base of the her head and other part of the head, she was suddenly able to walk briskly.
Let me bring you back to the Electrical Engineering's point of view . It's the samewith Parkinson's disease . Curing this disease by KI (kikou ) is  medically impossible.
There is a term , paranormal. Paranormal phenomenon is defined in the dictionary as a incomprehensible phenomenon that cannnot be explained by modern science .There was a big article in the SANKEI news paper in August 17 on the topic. While China, USA,USSR and other nations had been studying KI(kikou), Japan did not have any interest in it. However, finally, Japan had decided to spend annual national budget of 100,000,000 yen to study KI(kikou) at the Japanese Agency of Science and Technology. When I was studying in China, I had learned that there were 200 diffrent types of KI(kikou).
The type mentioned in the paper was perhaps, rigid or self-defence KI(kikou).
A　ＫI master who is in the ffirst floor of a building send his KI power to two ladies in the second and third floor.. The ladies are both pushed into the wall behind them at the same time. The Japanese government has finally began to take interest in the field of supernatural powers and paranormal phenomenon such as clairvoyance, and remote control, trying to shed light on how they work. Thier first assignment is to grasp the true character of KI(kikou) by making full use to high-tech equipment such as the brain wave meter. The research of the brain,which has a lot to do with the progress of computers, will be the main battlefield of next generation high-tech field.
Trying to shed light on supernatural powers is considerd an important issue by western nations,and is treated as vital national trategy. Japan, feeling much endangered for being left behind, has finally decided to take some action.. In the background of the government's move to formally spend national budget on the research of KI(kikou), which is generally considered as part of supernatural powers or paranormenon,is the notion that the research of the "Brain" will be the main focus of global compection in the field of high-tech, and the government's fear that Japan has been critically left behind in this study. Even in the former USSR, study of supernatural powers had been treated as a national confidential project, strategically promoted mainly for military use. They had believed that if the secret behind them was revealed, they can be used as "ultimate weapon",far exceeding the powers of nuclear weapons. The study was succeeded by Russia, and Russia is making progress, leaving Japan far behind.
I have had numerous unexplainable experiences in the past 20 years. There was a young mother who had extrauterine pregnancy, and was told that she will never be able to have a baby. I applied KI powers to her womb before the operation, and the baby went into her womb. The doctor was surprised!. She gave birth to a twin. She brought the twins to me recently, and told me that they are attending elementary school now. They felt so much like my own childen that I couldn't help but give them some presents.
There was an old lady, 99 years old, she was beginning to lose hearing , and her daughter complained that she turned on the TV too loudy. I applied KI powers to her ears, and suddenly she was able to hear even the smallest sounds. It has been 8 months since then, but she can still hear fine. Why is such a thing possible?  There must be something in this universe. Trying to find out what that something is the main issue for reseaarch. I have already lived half of my life. I pray that sometime in the future, someone will be able to find the answers. .
