How to make your language edition

TClock Light (tclock.exe, tcprop.exe, and so on) checks user's language of Windows, reads tclang-XX.txt and tcmenu-XX.txt, and changes texts of dialog and menu automatically.

You can use TClock Light with your language by editing two text files.

1. Copy tclang.txt and tcmenu.txt and rename them to tclang-XX.txt and tcmenu-XX.txt.

   XX is your language code. See Language and Language code.

   In case of German, make tclang-de.txt and tcmenu-de.txt.

   

2. Edit tclang-XX.txt with your text-editor.

   • Title= : title of dialog.
   • LineNN= : setting of controls in dialog. Don't miss " and ".
     • position of [ : X coordinate of control.
     • length from [ to ] : width of control.
     • text between [ and ] : text of contol. Spaces in the beginning and end are ignored.
   • [String] section : various texts used by the programs.

3. Edit tcmenu-XX.txt with your text-editor.
