Revised version of Skymaker Executable Files Update Set (V2.63)(1507kB) for Windows 95-Vista and 7. Documents and scripts revised for English environment except for detal3e.htm (one of the manual files) that is still under translation.
The set can also be used as an image viewer with transparency attribute support, PSD layer extractor, and animation GIF viewer.
You can set up this set as a PNG-PSD-BMP converter if you rewrite the scripts in viewer folder (that will be revised in future release).

Skymaker Executable Files Update Set (1549kB) released for Windows 95-Vista and 7, the newest version of Skymaker (V2.63) that support JPEG and transparent PNG input/output.
The set also includes single-image viewer scripts and can be used as an image viewer.

Notice: Preimage Applet Edition: In Win XP SP1a-SP2, Win 2000 SP4 and later, new version IE fails to support Java applet and causes error message display.

How to avoid: Use browser supporting common file buffer with Java applet.
For Windows Vista, Windows XP SP1a, Windows 2000 SP4 and later:
Use Opera. (Java should be preinstalled.)
For Windows 95, 98 (except SE), Mac OS 9 and earlier:
Use Netscape 4.

Details: Preimage applet can preload HTML and image files using Java, provided that the browser support common file buffer with the applet module (MSJVM). In Netscape 6 and Macintosh IE 5 and later, the browser failed to support Java 1 to Java 2 code translation and caused system troubles in relation to Java applet engine. In Windows IE on XP SP1a or later, MSJVM has been removed (=>unified to Sun) and the common file buffer has been lost (95-Me, NT is free from this removal). One of the browser that supports the common file buffer is Opera, even available on Windows XP SP2 and Vista. We recommend Opera for browsing pages using Preimage on Windows.
Errata: Opera (9.21) on Mac OS X, Firefox (3.0), nor Safari (3.1) do not support common file buffer with Java applet, and Preimage has no effect on preloading.
