     Chiyoda Chemical Co., Ltd was founded on March 1, 1973, with the specific purpose of conducting research and development as well as manufacturing antirust chemicals.      Research, development and manufacturing of fine-chemical products such as industrial germicides have been carried out additionally.
    Shortly after the incorporation, Chiyoda, under the joint research agreement with a major water-treatment firm, has successfully developed several antirust chemicals and industrial germicides.
    A number of both domestic and international patents on those newly developed products are pending for approval currently. In particular, various types of antirust chemicals used for copper have gained an industry-wide recognition as superior products. This has enabled Chiyoda to occupy and play the leadership role in industry.
