How to build

1. Download and extract ruby-1.6.*-*-i386-cygwin.tar.gz. , and etc
2. Generate InstallShield project file ( by a ruby script "mkiwz" ).
3. Run InstallShield Express for create installation files.
4. Archive the files, and change to self-extraxt excutable file.
