Maintenance finished.
Recently it was unstable while driving at over 90Km/h,so I asked my engineer
to inspect some bad conditions again.The result of inspection and repair
is below.
1.Tire change(Michelin MXV3) Vibration of the steering was caused by wrong
wearing away.My engineer said,maybe alighment of suspension unit is slightly
incorrective and is becoming old,but replaceing of suspension unit is expensive,so
he recommended me just to replace tires.
2.Replaced 6 pcs plugs,cables and coils. Runing status got stable.The sound
and power became much better.
3.Replaced thermostat of the radiator. Coolant temparture got be stable.
4.Replaced the drive belt.
5.Fill a small hale on the muffler.
6.Replace gas intake tube on the engine head.
Users must replace the parts of 1 to 5 as standard maintenanc,but 6.is terrible.Sometimes I smelled gas while driving,so I asked my engineer to check.Then he found out a gas leak from 2 intake tubes.The portions of gas leak are as following.The broken tubes were replaced to stronger tubes of YOKOHAMA GUM.I recomend all 164 owners to check it.

Repair finished.
According to the dealer,the cause of the steam blow is breaking down of the heater-core.Repared completely by replacing the core and tubes to new.
Doubtful heater-core.
When a staff showed me the broken heater core,he found out that the tube is broken and that is covered with a vinyl tape.We wondered who did it??I'm sure that a dealer who repaired last time didn't repair completely...What an irresponsible dealer!The trouble was not occured by my driving,it must be caused by their raizy work.

The steam blew up again!!
I enjoyed driving from Tokyo to Yokohama early evening.After passing toll
gate,I opened the throttle and kept the revolution around 5,000 r.p.m at
AT 2nd position.After a while,suddenly the steam began to blow up from
the air-conditioner!Oops!I was supplised this unbelievable happening.I
was in a panic!but closed the vents,opened the windows quickly.Then looked
for nearest exit.Fortunately I found an exit 700m away.I got off the highway
soon and called a dealer who sold me 164.BUT they said me"sorry we
are going to close today,all staffs leave office soon and we can't arrange
parking for you,bye!"Damn it!!!!Next I called Japan Automobile Federation
up,BUT they asked me first"are you a member of us?"I said"no",then
they said me"sorry we can't help you."
DAMN IT!!!!!Finally I call the police up.They arranged rescue immediately
for me....
About 20 minutes later,a big and strong wrecker came to help me.A driver asked me "where is your dealer? We take you there."but I said "They don't help me,so please take the car to my house." The driver said "Oh!what a hearless people!You should change dealer!" I already decided to do so...
The next day I asked a dealer who repaired last time.They readily accept to carry the car and repair although their shop is not near from my house.I appreciated their arrangement.
