I haven't written this report for long time, but I'm fine.

January 17, 2006

I went to a hospital today. This was a regular matter, and Ifm fine, although Ifm exhausted at work. I told about Naltrexone that my friend who was a MS patient recommended to talk about to my doctor. He said that I wouldnft need to take it, because my condition was stable so far. And I just received a prescription. It was the first time to go to a hospital in this year.

November 22, 2005

I went to a hospital, and met my neurologist. He read the karte all of the result of the examinations and comments of the endocrinologist and the gynecologist. The neurologist said that doctors could do nothing any more, so my beard problem has continued.

But now, I know that there isnft a medical problem, but there is a problem at work. Ifm too busy at work, and Ifm exhausted. Even if you are demanded to work hard, remember not to work too much, please. Take care.@

November 11, 2005

I went to a hospital, and met the endocrinologist. He said that there was no problem at the CT-scan examination result. However, he cared that my adrenal gland was bigger. It wasnft cancer, but he said that it was just bigger than normal. At the result, there is no practical problem, so far. So I donft need to see the endocrinologist after this. Nevertheless, my beard problem hasnft been solved yet.

November 1, 2005

I went to a hospital and got the CT-scan inspection of the adrenal gland. After that, I met the gynecologist. She said that I needed to get an examination on the internal examination stand. I hadnft ridden on it, so it was one of the most horrible experiences in my life. I felt like a frog that was dissected. I wasnft pregnant. The gynecologist said that there was no problem, and she recommended me to get an examination of cancer of the womb. I accepted it.

October 21, 2005

After the endocrinologist saw the result of the inspections, he said that there was no practical problem, but he recommended me to get the CT-scan inspection of the adrenal gland. And he said that although there was no problem in the ovary, but there was a small something in the womb, he recommended me to see the gynecologist. Have I been pregnant?

My beard problem hasnft been solved yet, but the other problem is cleared by the medical inspections. A male hormone testosterone that was suspected as the reason of beard was normal. But the stress hormone cortisone was higher than its normal level. It means that Ifm in the strong stress. Terrible . . .

October 14, 2005

He thought that there could be a problem in the hypophysis, the adrenal gland, or the ovary. And he typed that gthere is a tendency to become a male.h Is it true!? Anyway, I get many medical inspections from the day after tomorrow.

September 27, 2005

I went to a hospital, and told to my doctor that the beard had grown since last summer. I was not worried about the beard, because there was no problem practically. But recently I need to shave it every morning, and it isnft wrong to say that it becomes a problem. I asked to the doctor if I had a menopausal disorder, and he said it was out of the question. At the result, he recommended me to see an endocrinologist.

July 8, 2005

I took a day off in order to take procedure of the subsidy of the intractable illness patients' medical expenses at the city hall. There was no problem, so I will be able to get it also this year.

July 5, 2005

I went to a hospital today to receive a medical certificate in order to apply for getting the subsidy of my medical expenses to Tokyo metropolitan government. After Ishihara Shintaro became a governor, the welfare subsidies were abolished or decreased; and the subsidy of the intractable illness patients' medical expenses was one of them. The medical certification became very complicated, and it bothers doctors very much, because all of patients need it at the same time. My doctor said that he had to write it more than 100 in this month. That seems a harassing to avoid spending taxes for the patients who need the medical subsidy. And I had no time to take procedure at the city hall after that.

June 2, 2005

I went to a hospital today, and I met a doctor. He said that I seemed well, and that I could make an effort more also after that. He made me take blood samples to check of my health condition. Although I was tired as usual, I had been tense, so he thought that I was fine. Ifm fine actually, but tired because of job. My doctor said that I have to take care not to catch a cold at summer season. So you have to do the same thing. Good luck.

April 7, 2005

I went to a hospital today, and received a prescription. It was a regular matter and Ifm fine recently. However, it continues that I have to work hard. Medicines keep me well. Situation doesnft change. Please take care to keep your health condition.

February 10, 2005

I went to a hospital today, and received a prescription for two months. I'm tired still now, but Ifm getting used to this situation. Sometimes I think that I would like to become health a little bit more.

December 16, 2004

I went to a hospital today, and got a prescription for two months.  Ifm tired very much. I wonder how long this situation would continue.

October 21, 2004

I took a day off, and I went to a hospital today. Ifm exhausted, because I have to work very hard recently. So I had no medicines, because I didnft go to a hospital. I felt that my body was painful too much. Moreover, I have lost my weight little by little since this summer. I told it to my doctor, and he gave me a prescription for two months. Thus I donft need to take a day off until December in order to go to a hospital. After I took medicines, I felt better than before. I decided not to work too much after this.

October 5, 2004

I fell on the way to a station this morning. I hadnft fallen for almost 7 years, so I was surprised. I came home once, changed a suit, and went to an office by a taxi. I said nothing about it to anyone, because I was in time. I worked overtime, because I was busy very much. I wonder when busy time would finish. I'm tired . . .

August 26, 2004

I went to a hospital today, and received a prescription. I work very busy recently, and my weight is decreasing day by day. I would have liked to talk about it with my doctor, but he was in summer vacation. This summer is too hot, and I can't sleep well. I stay up late, and work overtime almost everyday. I'm exhausted.

July 27, 2004

I went to a hospital today to receive a medical certificate in order to apply for getting the subsidy of my medical expenses to Tokyo metropolitan government. After Ishihara Shintaro became a governor, the welfare subsidies were abolished or decreased; and the subsidy of the intractable illness patients' medical expenses was one of them. The medical certification became very complicated, and it bothers doctors very much, because all of patients need it at the same time. My doctor said that he had to write it more than 100 while this month. That seems a harassing to avoid spending taxes for the patients who need the medical subsidy.

Of course I thank for citizens of Tokyo, because I receive their taxes as the medical subsidy. I can work now, so that I pay taxes the same as a healthy person. However, when I'm in bad condition, I can't work, so I have no income then. Thus I need the medical subsidy. If you are health, please don't forget that there are many patients or people who need help. And I would like Ishihara governor to think about us deeper than now

June 3, 2004

I went to a hospital this morning, and met my doctor. There was no problem, and I received a prescription as usual. I feel pain on my left leg still now, though. After that I met a friend, and watched Kabuki together.

May 13, 2004

I went to a hospital today, and I received a prescription as usual. After that,  I met an orthopedist, and bought a new device for my left leg. Two years ago, I bought the same one for my right leg, but I need it for my left leg too, because I feel pain on my left leg recently. May be I would need another device for my right arm after two years. The new one has cost 13,180 yen, but I can get 70% of its expenses from health insurance later. However, it doesn't change that it is very expensive. I think that I would like people to know that it is very difficult to have an illness. This website is one of the methods of it

.

April 17, 2004

I went to a hospital today, and received a prescription as usual. There was no problem. By the way, honestly, I'm a smoker. When I went to a  hospital last month,  I found a message that the smoking room would be closed from April. I went to the smoking room today, and found that the smoking room had still opened. Smoking is a bad habit actually, and nobody will be able to find a place to smoke in the near future. Although I'm not a serious smoker, I would become sad a little then.

March 25, 2004

I went to a hospital this afternoon, and received a prescription. I intended to go there in this morning, but I couldn't get up in time. I work not so busy recently, but I think that I'm tired, because I worked very busy until last month.

February 26, 2004

I went to a hospital today, and received a prescription. Although my busy days have continued, I took a day off today. Yesterday, I thought that one of my co-workers had better go to a hospital more than me. He was tired, and everyone is tired recently in our office.

January 29, 2004

Although I worked busy recently, I took a day off to go to a hospital today. My doctor said that there was no problem in the result of MRI examination that I had in January 6th. It was good news. However, he said me to take a blood sample. Today, I was relieved a little, because I found that my doctor could speak in English. When I was waiting for my turn, I heard voice through the door that a foreigner spoke to my doctor in English. I couldn't understand what they told, though. Japanese staff would take care of that foreigner well like his hometown. It was another good news today.

January 6, 2004

I took a half day off this afternoon, and went to a hospital to have an examination of MRI. I don't know its result yet, so that I need to go to a hospital once more in this month. I hope that everything goes well.

November 29, 2003

I went to a hospital today, and received a prescription. A doctor said that I would need to meet my doctor and to have a check-up next month. He said that I might have a liver trouble by medicines. I haven't met my doctor for 10 months, because I was fine recently. I had check-up many times this year, and I'm tired of it already. However, I know that I need it. It isn't easy to be a patient. And, I have caught a cold now actually.

November 2, 2003

I went to a hospital yesterday to receive a prescription. After that, I came home once. And I went out again to watch a stage play 'Yume-no Namida' that was written by Inoue Hisashi. It was shown at the new national theater, and was very interesting. But I'm tired very much now.

July 28, 2003

I went to a hospital today. I received a prescription and a medical certification. After that I went to a public health center to submit a medical certification in order to apply for getting a subsidy of medical expenses from Tokyo metropolitan government. The medical subsidy system has changed, so that I needed to apply for it again. That system became complicated, and I might receive a subsidy less than now. It is a terrible matter for every patient of an intractable illness. I received a result of a stomach cancer inspection that I had three weeks ago. I need to have a complete examination. It's terrible really. . .

July 10, 2003

I had a medical inspection of a stomach cancer today, but it wasn't an endoscopes inspection. I just took barium, but it's terrible enough. However, the most terrible thing was a pack of powder medicine that I took before that inspection. After the inspection, I asked a nurse about it. She said that that medicine was foaming powder to expand stomach. It made me feel sick. Anyway, I think that the result of that inspection would have no problem.

June 16, 2003

I went to a hospital today, and it was a regular visiting. I just received a prescription, and there was no problem. After that, I met my friend, and watched 'MATRIX; Reloaded' together. We had lunch at an Indian restaurant, and went to Izakaya later. We both enjoyed today.

I obeyed him, but it is terrible.

January 20, 2003

I went to a hospital today, and I received a prescription. There was no problem. After that I went to the national theater. I still have a toothache, but it isn't a big deal now, because I take one more medicine.

January 15, 2003

I had a toothache last night, and I couldn't sleep until this early morning. So I made an appointment to see a dentist immediately. I hope that a toothache will go away as soon as possible.
