I fell over on a street last night, and I went to a hospital today. My left little finger had dislocated, and it would take 2 weeks to recover. A doctor said that my little finger was no problem, but right knee might fester, and I have to go to a hospital tomorrow again. I think that it isn't serious. I should have been careful, though. I went to a hospital today, and I told to my doctor about the diet that I started recently, because I lost weight after that. He stopped me doing it. He might be right, because I have been stable these three years. However, I could have been careless to eat before. So I will eat more careful instead of doing the diet.

After that I met an orthopedist, and bought a new device for my right leg. When I walk outside, I need it. I have one already, but it was tired to keep my leg. The new one has cost 13,000 yen, very expensive!!! But I can get 80% of its expenses from health insurance later. I think that I would like people to know that it is very difficult to have an illness. This website is one of the methods of it.

I went to a hospital today, and there was no problem. And I have finished applying for new passport today. I got a new e-mail friend, an English man who was also a patient of MS. He recommended me to do diet. According to his foods' list, MS patient has to avoid eating many many foods. So I will start to avoid eating from dairy foods.

However, it is too hot recently to say that it is a natural summer.

I went to a hospital today, and I had taken some blood sample. An inspector asked me if she could prick a needle again in order to take more blood. I had no choise, of course. After that, I went to a city hall to get some documents in order to get passport. The validity period of my passport has gone already. I don't have any plan to go abroad, but I would like to go to somewhere someday. So I will ready it from now.

After that, he took me to the station by his car, so today has become a very fortunate hospital day. However, I forgot to drop by a pharmacy on the way to home. Although I avoided a cold very carefully, I have caught a cold at last. I went to a hospital today, and got some medicines for a cold and a regular prescription. I can sleep well, so that I think that it isn't so bad. I take a lot of medicines and 100% pure orange juice. So I hope that it will go away by Monday.

I went to a hospital today. I intended to go there on last Monday, my co-worker took a day off then, so I couldn't be absent the office. I got a medical certificate in order to get the aid of the medical expense as a MS patient. After that, I went to the public health center to make its procedure. My doctor said that it was troublesome. But I need the aid of the medical expense. Many patients of the intractable illness don't have the right to get any economical aid. Although I thank for taxpayers, I can't accept that the government intends to decrease the economical aid for patients. I hope that every patient can be treated enough without an economical problem. I'm tired a little today.

I went to a hospital this morning. I heard the result of the MRI. My doctor said that my brain was very clear. But I found a few small focuses on the film. He said that MS patient had bigger focuses in his brain ordinary. I asked him if I had recovered. He didn't say yes, but he said that my physical condition was stable.

I think that it isn't so bad. Even if my doctor said that I had recovered, actually sometimes I would feel hard to move yet. And I hope that my physical condition would be stable as long as possible. I couldn't see any movie today.

I went to a hospital this morning. I had the MRI scan, and it took about 20 minutes. There was no problem then, and I'm fine very much. But I have to wait its result, actually. After that, I didn't see any movie today. I hope that I will be able to see a movie next month.

I went to a hospital today, and some blood samples were taken for a medical inspection. My doctor said that I should do the MRI scan next month. He said that I was all right, but that I must take the same amount medicines. Although I need to wait the scanning of MRI actually, I think that it is good news so far.

I was very busy recently. I went to the office even on last Saturday. It didn't make me tired so much, but I think that I might have to be careful more.

After that, I saw the movie 'Planet of the Apes'. Although it was interesting, it wasn't interesting enough to pay 1800yen. So I would recommend you not to see it at the movie theater.

I went to a hospital this morning. Today was a regular check-up with my doctor. I told him about my rib that I slipped and hit in bathroom about 10days ago. It has been painful. He recommended me to see an orthopedics' doctor, and I did it. The orthopedics doctor looked at X-ray photograph and said that a rib had broken. I was surprised so much. But he just gave me some cold compresses. The rib needs two weeks to recover. My physical condition is very well except the rib. Don't slip up in bathroom, be careful yourself.

I applied for a job last month. A person who is in charge said to me just waiting for a phone call from him. I'm not sure that I can get the job. Thus I haven't told about it to my doctor yet.
